Ordering
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
The sweet and simple answer is no. Every single items is a one-of-a-kind hand knit piece.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all items are final sale.
However, if you have any questions or concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail at toast.yarn@gmail.com.
How do I know which size to order?
We highly encourage you to verify your measurements prior to placing on order. Once an item is started, we cannot simply stop to change the size.
The simplest way to measure would be to take a favourite fitting shirt you own and lay it flat. measuring length from the top of the shoulder seam to the bottom hem and the width from pit to pit.

Absolutely!
We are always happy to accommodate your measurements to ensure your piece fits perfectly.
Please note larger the measurements will require more yarn. Therefore, larger sizing will will require additional fees to cover material costs.

Shipping
When can I expect my order to ship and arrive?
Processing Times
Ready To Ship: 1-2 weeks
Made To Order: 3-4 weeks
We do our very best to have orders shipped within 7-10 business days after our processing time.
Delivery time will vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen. Please note that processing times may be longer during launches of new products and the holiday season due to the high volume of orders received.
Is local pick up available?
Yes, local pickup is available in Port Colborne, Ontario.
Please only select this option at checkout if you can pickup in Port Colborne, Ontario.
Do you ship internationally?
We only offer shipping to Canada and the USA at this time on our website.
For international shipping, please visit and order via our Etsy store.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at toast.yarn@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
My order arrived and the contents are damaged. What do I do?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at toast.yarn@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these incidents on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
